Property Manager / Owner of Lori A Brockman Rentals
Lori has been a property manager for roughly 25+ years. She prides herself on taking great care of her clients and their properties and making sure every tenant is suitable for each property. Lori oversees all aspects of the operation, making sure her owners and tenants are receiving top care.
Kelsey Brockman Hill
Accounting Manager
Kelsey handles all rental compliance and safety inspections, making sure all of the properties are up to code and safe for our tenants. She also manages all things accounting — overseeing all rent income, deposits, maintenance invoices, owner payments, and reconciling our accounts regularly.
Annika Storvick
Leasing Coordinator
Annika is the leasing coordinator and has many roles including scheduling showings, sending applications, screening tenants, preparing and sending leases, and handling move-ins and move-outs.

Maintenance Coordinator
Jessica receives all maintenance requests from tenants and coordinates repairs with the maintenance crew. She is quick to respond and sends maintenance out as quickly as possible to resolve any issues.
